You can also buy phones that are quite cheap very easily. There are not many formalities required and you may only need to produce an ID. Topping up is also quite easy as the means are many. Scratch cards are also very available.

Prepaid cards for the internet are also quite available. There are also Wi-Fi points at bars as well as cafeterias and hotels. You can therefore stay in touch with the world.
